“Semser – Ort Sondirushi” LLP is the organisation belonging to group of companies of the “KazMunaiGaz” JSC NC.
Since 2001 the company renders services for objects protection against fires and it is one of the leaders in the field of fire safety provision in the market of Kazakhstan. The basic volume of services is rendered to the organizations specializing in oil transportation, gas production, storage and realization of oil products, and also in power-generating sector.
Services are rendered in accordance with legislative and legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan and with “Regulations on non-state fire fighting service of the “Semser – Ort Sondirushi” Limited Liability Parthership”

History
“Semser – Ort Sondirushi” LLP is assignee of industrial fire fighting service “Semser” JSC and “Semser – Ort Sondirushi” JSC . By the order of the sole shareholder of company “Trading House of "KazMunajGaz” JSC dated November 30th, 2005 No. 209 , “Semser” JSC was re- organised by allocation of Semser – Ort Sondirushi” JSC from it with transferring of the rights and obligations of industrial fire service “Semser” JSC to the last.
Since 2001 industrial fire service “Semser” rendered services for objects protection against fires in accordance with article 18 of the Fire Safety Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Finally, the company was generated in 2006, it was created staff which under the direction of the founder and the General director, has started to move to established purposes :
- To become one of the best companies rendering timely and full satisfaction of requirements of the goods and services in the market;
- Perfection of quality system;
- Creation of responsible, well operated company focused on the consumer.
The present
For today our company is the company in which top-ranked experts work with huge stock of knowledge and experience on rendering of services in the field of fire safety, objects inspection and concept development of their safety, maintenance of fire-prevention mode on objects, preventive activity work. Also we carry out personnel training, conduct expert estimation of condition of technical fixedness and fire-preventional state of objects, designing and installation of the integrated protection systems, fire fighting and alarm systems (products and the equipment companies “Theles” (France), “Scoda export” (Czechia), “Simens” (Germany), their subsequent service, etc.
All administrative board of non-state fire fighting service “Semser – Ort Sondirushi” Limited Liability Parthership has experience in bodies of the State fire fighting service of the Ministry of Emergency Measures of the RoK on supervising posts and the higher fire-technical education, namely:
- Academy of the State Fire Fighting Service of the Ministry of Emergency Citations of Russia;
- Academy of Civil Protection of the Ministry of Emergency Citations of Russia;
- Kokchetau Technical Institute of Ministry of Emergency Citations of the RoK;
- Almaty Fire-Technical School of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the RoK;
- The Pavlodar Technical College of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the RoK;
- Sverdlovsk Fire-Technical School of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia;
- The Tashkent higher school of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the USSR.

Divisions of non- state fire service contain in constant alertness.
Now experience of “Semser – Ort Ondurushi” LLP makes 8 years taking into account activity of industrial fire fighting service “Semser” JSC in the field of protection of oil and gas branch objects against fires . The carried out annual complex of fire-preventive actions has allowed to reduce to zero an amount of fires on protected objects from 2001 till the present .
